In this module we looked at many aspects that influence your financial success.

To start with, we suggested what you do and don't do is essentially the primary driver of your financial success. This may seem a bit harsh when things aren't adding up, but until we take responsibility we're powerless to ask for help or make change.

Beyond this, we looked at what it means to be financially successful. We didn't put words in your mouth. You need to decide what it is that you're really working towards.

We also looked at what you can do as a leader of your personal finances and what you can do as a manager of your personal finances.

Getting these activities in balance is paramount if you want to make the most of your situation.

We finished with five leadership activities you can do to improve your current and future financial situation.
